How do we store, process, share, and protect your personal data?

Erasure: the right to request us to erase, destroy, or remove personal data in certain circumstances. We will take reasonable steps to notify our affected parties of your request. Your personal data will be removed from Beaulieu Revêtement systems within a reasonable time and will be deleted. However, Beaulieu Revêtement may retain a copy of your personal data as required by law, regulations, or administrative or court orders, or for internal verification purposes, or (ii) as electronically archived data as part of archiving or automated backup procedures. Please note that in the event of a dispute between you and Beaulieu Revêtement, we may retain your personal data until the dispute is finally resolved.
